This property is close to everything from the church, pointe Vecchi , the old bridge, to the restaurants and shopping. It’s super clean and very nice decorations. Will definitely stay here again.

You really can’t beat this location!!! There are so many great landmarks within a short walking distance - the bridges, great restaurants, the markets, the monuments, and more. The apartment is clean and comfortable and the hosts were very accommodating. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment right in centre of Florence. Very convenient to walk to all the dining, tourist areas and attractions. The apartment was beautifully set up and perfect for our needs. The staff were all very helpful, keeping us updated prior to ensure someone was there to meet us.

Kairos by Florence Art Apartments is an exceptional property and the host has thought of everything and is in an ideal location! The apartments are beautiful, well maintained, and has every need. Several delicious restaurants and groceries close by. We were able to walk to all our desired locations. They even offer luggage storage after you checkout. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip.

What a great find. Check in was easy and friendly. The place is perfectly quiet, everything you need is in it. Wash and dryer were super useful. The bed was comfortable and rooms were spacious. The location couldn’t be any better. Will be our place to stay every time in Florence.

Great location, easy walking distance to main sites in Florence. Close parking (if you're driving) and easy to get to especially if you plan to drive around. Room was clean and recently renovated with everything you need to feel comfortable. We were a family of 3 and there was plenty of space. Easy check in and check out. Loved this central location, where the only challenge was dropping our luggage from the rental car, as who knew we should have just pulled up on the sidewalk and unloaded, but we didn't want to be the ugly Americans ☺️, as street was one lane and we would have caused a back up. Could not be a nicer location, with outstanding windows that blocked all street noise in this lively area. Great to have our own kitchen that perfectly suited our needs, but plenty of elbow room with a unique, stylish decor. ✅

The apartment was very spacious and clean. It had everything needed plus a washer and dryer. The apartment was close to everything. About a 7 min walk to the Duomo and a 20 min walk from the train station. My only complaint was that the bed was a bit hard so I couldn’t sleep on it but they had a very comfy sofa which worked great! Overall I would stay here again. Very lovely apt with a great team. Sofia was very helpful and sweet.

Pros: Very modern and good location. Host was very helpful and kind. Washer and dryer for clothes was very useful. Cons: A little noisy, since in the heart of Florence, which is expected. We had a one bedroom apartment, if you are more than 2 people, you'll have to use the sofa bed, which is not very comfortable, and makes the apartment very small/constricted. General info: no room cleaning/room service, since not a hotel.

Being a frequent traveler and owning our own vacation property, we pay particular attention to detail of the places we stay. This property far exceeded our expectations and our hopes. Perfectly located minutes from anything you could possibly want to do, extremely clean, highly upgraded and new looking, with all the amenities needed for a very comfortable stay. From the moment I made the reservation, our host, German, was at our service. He responded right away, and set up to meet us personally, at the time convenient for us to check in. He was so helpful with all of our questions and needs! We would highly recommend this property! And we can't wait to come back for another stay! Book it today, you will be happy you did!
