피렌체 역에서 도보로 8분 거리에 있어 위치도 좋고 무엇보다 숙소 만족도가 큽니다. 방은 따뜻하고 깨끗합니다. 욕실도 깨끗하며 커피와 비스켓 등 무료로 매일 제공해주는 미니바가 은근 좋아요. 피렌체에 머무시는 분들 요기 추천드립니다.

관광지등 설명도 해주시고 친절함. 방도 넓고방에 그려진 벽화도 멋짐. 조식은 없지만 커피와 간단한 다과, 매일 큰 생수를 한병씩 줌. 산타마리아노벨라역과도 가깝고 걸어서 다 돌아볼수 있음. 천장이 높아서인지 조금 추웠음. 대체적으로 만족.

방은 넓지만 위치가 찾기 어렵고 춥고 추가요금 30유로 내야하는 불친절하고 불편한 호텔
7시 이후 도착하면 체크아웃할 때 30유로를 더 내라고 하며 직원은 매우 불친절하다. 역에선 가까웠으나 간판이 없고 골목에 있어서 찾기 매우 어렵고, 밤에 도착하니 문은 닫혀있고 쪽지만 붙어있는데 500미터 떨어진 다른 호텔을 찾아가 키를 받아 들어가야한다. 키를 왕창주는데 표시가 없어서 일일이 꽂아봐야하며, 정작 방호수가 몇층에 있는지 적혀있지 않아 온층을 돌아다니며 찾아야 한다. 방은 넓고 깨끗하나 매우 추워서 얼어죽을 뻔했다. 시트도 매일 갈아주지 않는다, 주변엔 밤에도 직원이 로비를 지키는 친절한 호텔이 많고 추가비용을 받지 않는 저렴하고 깔끔한 호텔이 널려있으니 웬만하면 다른 호텔을 찾아보라. it's difficult to find because there is no sign and locasted in the narrow path. The staff is rude so I had a terrible impression of Firenze. When you arrive after 7:00pm, she request to pay extra fee 30 euro unilaterally it 's closed without staff in the lobby so you have to go to the another hotel to recieve the key to enter into Novella house. Room is braod and clean but they don't change the bed sheet and towel every day . Room is very cold. I almost froze, There is no shops , delicious restraunt , taxi near hotel. I don't recommand it

Dear Eun Ju Nam, it's very unpleasant realized that you wrote a bad review like this one. In all structures of the world (hotels and not-hotels, like ours) there is some rules that a guest before or after to reserve one structure need to know. Upon your booking, we sent you an email, and also on your reservation there was clear that our check-in time is from 3:00pm to 7:00pm. We informed you in that email that, instead don't accept your reservation after 7:00pm, you can come also after if you notice us in advance with an extra cost for late check-in service. From 8:00pm to 10:30pm late check-in's service costs 20€ more, and from 10:30pm to midnight late check-in's service costs 30€ more (ammount varies, as you can read on your booking web-site). You never contacted us to notice about what time you should arrived, and we waited for you until 10:00pm (3 hours more than our usual time!) and we tryed to call you but your phone was unavailable. Please note that already after 7:00pm we should close the door and cancel your reservation and you had lose your total ammount, but we preferred to leave the keys to Hotel Palazzo dal Borgo, at 50mt from our structure, and give you the possibility to enter into your apartment. Furthermore, when you entered into the apartment (at 11:30pm!!) you found a paper with all instruction for a good stay in your apartment (wi-fi, cold/hot air, our office's time...) and the request to check-in the day after at our office (just two floor under your apartment!), but we didn't saw you also after one day. You arrived to our office the last day to check-out (and still make check-in) with an arrogant behaviour because never saw our staff during your stay (but it's because you never respected our office's time!). We never met a guest that screamed to us and offended our work, not even after we explained that it's an extra that we request because we had to involve a staff more/hotel nearby to give your keys OR you could lost all reservation (and in your case, since you did not want to understand our gesture, we really want to say that it would been better!!!) We advise for the next time to read all rules and instruction before reserve a structure and book a 24h hotel, not an apartment with limited time, it will be very helpful to be satisfied from your stay. 기차역에서 가까운데, 조금 찾기는 어려웠습니다. 근처에 마트가 있어서 편합니다. 방에는 조그만 냉장고와 커피포트와 식탁이 있고, 음료수와 과자와 커피를 매일 채워 주었는데, 물은 첫날만 주었습니다. 침실과 거실이 있고 샤워실과 화장실이 각각 있습니다. 아침 8시30분에서 저녁 7시까지 직원에 사무실에 있지만, 체크인하고 체크아웃할 때 만 만났습니다. 현관과 방 열쇠를 받아서 개인이 문을 열고 출입합니다. 수건은 세면대에 넣어두는 것만 교환해줍니다. 환경을 위하여... 직원은 영어도 잘하고 친절합니다.

친절끝판왕
항공사 실수로 수화물이 지연되었는데 피렌체 가기도 전에 제 짐이 노벨라하우스로 먼저 도착하게 일이 꼬였었습니다. 그래도 친절하게 미리 짐 받아주시고 연락해주시고 해서 로마에서 망쳤던 기분 피렌체에서 힐링하고 왔습니다. 숙소위치도 역에서 가깝고 다른 관광지와도 가까워서 도보로 이동가능하고 미켈란젤로 언덕에서 버스타고 내려도 가까운 거리에 있습니다. 또한 역근처 까르푸에서 장봐와서 음식해먹기도 좋습니다. 꽤 오래된 숙소 구조임에도 불구하고 거미줄이라든지 벌레라든지 전혀없었어서 편하게 잘 쉬고 왔습니다.

SMN 역에서 가까우면서 깔끔한 숙소
SMN 역에서 도보로 5분이내의 숙소 골목길로 들어가야 보이며 입구에 간판이 조그만하게 붙어있어 찾기가 난해 하지만 숙소 주인장은 매우 친절하고 영어를 잘 구사하시고 게다가 미남 숙소내에 엘리베이터는 있으나 대부분의 숙소가 그렇듯 좁으며 숙소내 식당이 없어 아침은 방에 구비된 커피 빵 과자등으로 대체 가능 오후 7시 이후에는 주인장이 퇴근을 해서 그이후 체크인 하시는분은 따로 연락해야함. 방은 깔끔했으나 약간은 쌀쌀했음. 전체적으로는 만족스러운 숙소임.

동네 구조를 알고나면 진짜 위치 최고인 호텔
산타노벨라 기차역에서 가까울뿐더러 직선으로 위로 올라가면 두오모성당에 중앙시장나오구요 그리고 호텔나와서 왼쪽으로 장미수가 유명한 노벨라약국이 코닿을만큼 가까워요 그리고 매우 넓습니다 조리할수있는 주방도 있었구요 직원분들도 다 친절해서 엄청 만족하고 왔습니다

사진상은 아늑하고 고풍스러워보이지만 막상 들어가서 보니 거실에 어두운 그림 두개 때문에 신랑 무서워 잠이 안왔다고 함ㅋㅋ 아파트라 마트 장봐서 해먹어서 좋고 아이들과 지내기 넘 넓은 방이였음 거실에 쇼파베드 두개 방에 트윈침대 널찍하니 좋았어요 아침에 새소리에 깨어나는 조용한곳이였어요

호텔 외관에 제대로된 호텔 표시가 없어 긴가민가 했지만 산타마리아노벨라 약국에 가까워 생각보다 쉽게 찾을수 있었습니다 번화가나 강가와는 조금 떨어져 있지만 충분히 걸어다닐 수 있는 거리이고 대신 그만큼 조용해 호텔로 돌아와서 편히 쉴 수 있었습니다

편안하고 친절한 호텔. 1분거리 식당 강추 (해산물 스프 최고입니다)
직원들은 너무나 친절했습니다. ZTL 신경 안쓰도록 주차도 문제 없었습니다. 주차비가 좀 비싸긴 하지만 위치를 감안하면 괜찮았습니다.아침 식사가 없어서 아쉬웠지만 간단한 커피와 (에스프레소머신이 방에 있더군요 ) 과자류를 준비해주어 아침 대용으로 충분했습니다. 전반적으로 아주 만족했습니다. 한가지, 제가 미리 말했으면 욕조 있는 방도 준비 가능했는데 미리 말하지 않아 갸워기만 있었습니다.

스텝 완전 친절하고 방도 깨끗하고 강추!
남자직원분 정말 친절하고 좋았어요. 체크인 시간보다 일찍 갔는데 방 먼저 주셔서 짐도 일찍 풀었고요, 짐도 번쩍 번쩍 들어서 옮겨주셨어요! 방도 넓었어요! 화장실도 넓고 ㅋㅋ 유럽 여행와서 이렇게 넓은 방, 넓은 화장실 처음이에요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 숙소가 깨끗하고 저녁시간엔 조용해서 더 좋아요^^ 따뜻한 물도 펑펑 잘 나오고 수압도 강해요! 그리고 티 박스에 있는 모든건 비용이 무료래요! 푸짐해요. 비스켓, 음료, 물도 큰거 있고요, 커피 종류도 여러가지! 방은 좀 추운 편이라 겨울엔 추울거 같긴 해요. ㅋㅋㅋ 근데 좋아요. 여기 너무 맘에 들어요~

아주 좋았습니다
객실은 아주 컸으며 직원이 너무 친절했습니다 또한 커피포트 먹거리 모두 무료였고 와이파이까지 아주 훌륭했고 위치또한 너무 좋았습니다^^ 다만 호텔이 공사중이라 방이 사진에서본 방은 아니라아쉬웠지만 임시로 내준방도 훌륭했습니다 그런데 밤엔 방이 좀 무서웠어요 그외엔 공사가 다 끝나면 아주 좋은 호텔일거같아요

Comfortable guest room. Located 5 minutes from Termini station and the metro. Flat and walkable for older folks.Many restaurants and good shopping nearby. The hosts are the best. Helping you to feel comfortable, and giving suggestions. Italy and its people are wonderful friendly and welcoming to a non Italian. Great vacation here.

I liked this place it was clean with all the necessary amenities. I personally didn’t like the vibe and it was not the picture that was described it was very renaissance Catholic Church vibes it even smelt like a church, the room was mustard yellow with creepy art, the bed was very thin, you could feel the springs but our overall experience was great. It was good for an overnight stay and the price you can’t beat. Loved the blackout wooden doors that helped us sleep in and they were also very nice about us checking out an hour late and holding our luggage. Like I said I can’t complain about our stay just the decor and wall color/style wasn’t my favorite but the stay for the price was amazing.

Rude and late, but still a nice apartment
The apartment was nice but the service was pretty poor. We arrived at 3.30pm, the room was supposed to be ready at 3pm but it wasn’t actually ready until 4pm. The person on reception called Alex did not manage the situation well, he was kind of rude about it when he should have been a little apologetic. We had travelled to Florence by train from lake Garda with 2 young children, we changed train 3 times, we were hot, we had carried our bags from the station, we just wanted to get into our room. They forgot to put towels in, the door was tricky to open, the power kept cutting out so we were advised to turn off our AC if we wanted to use the kettle etc. I get it, it’s an old building, if it hadn’t been for the initial check in it may have been charming instead of annoying. The apartment was clean, it was in a good location, had great facilities and good sized rooms.

My only objection was that we were in the room directly across from the office and in the evening a couple of men in the office were having a very loud conversation (not an argument) for quite a while. It sounded like they were in our room! All they needed to do was use their "inside voices". Once the office closed at 7PM, no problems. Mark

Wow. What an amazing property. My wife and I stayed here with our two daughters (10 and 12), with my mum and her husband staying in an adjoining apartment (a separate apartment, but with a shared front door so that we felt like we were staying together as one big family!). Both apartments were astonishingly spacious, well-appointed, and tastefully decorated - the high painted ceilings were a highlight. The location was perfect for our needs: halfway between the Locauto car hire place and the main train station, and still easily walkable to the centre of Florence. The hosts were super-friendly. We recommend the nearby restaurant La Grotta Di Leo.
