We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Having the beautiful gardens, pool and spa made it a wonderful experience to relax at before and after busy sightseeing days!! The staff were extremely helpful and Carm (Carmela?) was a particular pleasure with her bubbly and warm personality! We would definitely stay here again when visiting Florence!

Wonderful hotel. Staff was so friendly and helpful. A quick walk from the train station made it so convenient for our travels. When you walk toward the hotel, there is a moment of skepticism but walk through those sliding glass doors and the hotel is a true beauty. We walked everywhere from this hotel. Highly, highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

Highly recommend this. While short walk to everywhere in the city, the garden and pool are so secluded you get the best of both worlds. Breakfast was included, and having late night wine in the garden could not have been more perfect

The staff were lovely, helpful, and accommodating. They ordered us taxis when requested. They helped us coordinate our reservations with the spa. And they gave us a full tour of the amenities. It was a absolutely beautiful room. We had a view of the duomo. The breakfast was very extensive and delicious with two order espresso or cappuccino or any other coffee you would want.

Hotel is a lovely location in the city. Walking distance from the train station. When you enter off a busy street the space is peaceful and opens to a fruit tree garden with a spa. We booked massages and enjoyed lunch on the outdoor patio in the garden. Was a perfect 1 night getaway.

It was a very relaxing stay at this hotel. The bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom was fabulous very relaxing with blue lights in the shower. I enjoyed the spa. The only problem is you need to make reservations for the pool/sauna/hotub and sometime that might be inconvenient.

A little pricey but well worth it. 10-15 min walk to city center but location is great with short 5 min drive to main train station. Rooms are huge and rain shower is amazing after a long day of sightseeing. Staff is very helpful and friendly.
