W eloped our stay at the Peruzzi urban Residence. Room was huge and comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful and it is well located. The receptionist was amazing and assisted me in retrieving my suitcase which was trying to stay in Amsterdam after close KLM connection

Property is an a central location,a few minutes to the Uffizi.We had the Oscar suite which had a small kitchen & sitting/dining room. A bit quirky as it is part of an old historic building.Roberta was very helpful & knowledgeable.Katia at breakfast was so warm friendly & attentive .

Great location,beautiful room lovely staff kind helpful,katiana at breakfast was especially helpful however the bed and pillow were very hard (personal preference) and the shower very hard to regulate and the toilet flush was temperamental and room was very dark

Roberta the host was phenomenal. She was super helpful and knowledgeable about Florence. She gave us a lot of tips about where to go and where to shop. Her wine teasing session was the best. The breakfast each morning was fantastic! I love that there’s a shared kitchen right next to our room. There’s coffee, fruits and pastries throughout the day. The ladies who hosted our breakfast were the best. Katia and Natalie were cheerful every morning. They prepared breakfast and made coffee for us. They were professional and friendly.

The location was perfect proximity to everything. I liked the availability of the kitchen to make tea in the evening or have a pastry. Roberta and the rest of the staff were perfect. They made the stay feel very homey. I would recommend this location to anyone staying in Florence.

Beautiful Historic Hotel

The hotel was beautiful, well maitained and historic. Its an old family tower that has been converted into a family residence, small business and a hotel. Our room was very nice, good size and well kept. The location was convient to all the major attrations as well.

Great location and very affordable

We had a wonderful apartment on the first floor, that had a living room bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. Along with a washer. Made a big difference on the three week trip.

Warm and friendly stay

Warm, friendly and helpful service from all of the people working at the hotel. A special thank you to the two lovely ladies who tracked down a lost bag! The breakfast had a good selection and the room was spotlessly clean. Great location.

The standout, however, was the incredible staff—especially Katia, who went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. Her warmth, energy and attention to detail were remarkable. Wonderful property in a great location in Florence! The property was safe/secure, very well maintained, with staff that were very helpful and pleasant! Breakfast each morning was done very well and the hosts were all helpful. We also took the opportunity to visit the vineyard one afternoon and do their picnic tour - it was great! Purchased a case of the vineyards wine to ship home. Truly enjoyed our visit, we would stay there again when back in Florence!

Palatial stay

This is a superb former palace with luxurious amenities, first class service and a breakfast out of the pages of Gourmet magazine. No exaggeration. And it’s perfectly centrally located too.
