오래된 숙소여서 그런지 청결상태가 깨끗하지만 화장실에서 냄새가 좀 납니다. 스탭은 너무나도 친절하지만 슬리퍼를 요청했지만 사서 준다만 말만 하다 끝났습니다 !

두오모에서 도보로 5분 거리에 있어 접근성이 좋고, 층고가 높은 넓은 침실에 아침 식사하는 1층의 식당도 구글 평점 4.4의 맛집이었습니다. 피렌체를 다시 방문한다면 같은 곳을 이용할 생각입니다.

Andrea was a great host . He greeted us when we arrived and suggested many great places to visit. Firenze is a very walkable city. It is both beautiful and charming . Beautiful places to visit and great restaurants .

Our host, Luca, was absolutely outstanding!! He was thoughtful, attentive and helpful. He provided us a tour of the property, including the rooftop terrace. From the vantage point of the roof, he explained the rich history of each of the nearby buildings. And he also took the time to show us all the points of interest on a map he provided, even examining it further by use of his computer. What an incredible man! Very enthusiastic about the beautiful city of Florence!! Thank you for all you did to assist my family Luca!!

Erg vriendelijke ontvangst met uitleg over de activiteiten. Kamers groot en elke dag verschoning van handdoeken. Ontbijt goed en naast de accommodatie. Ligt in het centrum waar je alle bezienswaardigheden te voet kan doen.

A perfect location a walk from the train station or any sightseeing landmarks. We stayed in a large room with high ceilings. The weather was unexpectedly warm for the midApril, and the hotel turned on the AC for us. Just a reminder for US travelers: bring you shampoo and conditioner, conditioner specifically: it does not seem to be common to use and or suuply at the hotels

We had a bad experience here since we stayed 2 nights and we didn't have hot water!! The first day we bathe with freezing cold water and the second day we were able to bath till 10am when the person in charge of the frontdesk arrived.. We were given an "emergency number" which both days was turn off, there is no one to help you with this kind of situations since there is no one at the front desk ( there is someone supposed to be from 8:30am to 5:30pm) not in thw worst hotel I hace experienced something like this.. Terrible situation in a pretty hotel

A recepção foi muito ruim, não nos explicaram como funcionava a entrada no prédio, que era com senha e ficamos presos do lado de fora por muito tempo. Tive que ligar para uma atendente e so assim consegui a senha para entrar. Atendimento muito ruim!

部屋が広く、暖房が温かくて良かった。 家族４人だったのでもう少し広いテーブルと椅子、皿の枚数が欲しかった。 大変気に入ったお店がいくつかあったので、次回パリに来たときも、こちらに泊まります！

Good property close to piazza.
We selected property close to the piazza. It’s very old property but excellently remodeled . Located very close to piazza. Morning breakfast was great with lots of quality choices for everyone. The only issue was - the bathroom smelled throughout our stay and as such we had to leave bathroom window slightly open.

Spacious for Italy, staff were all very helpful and courteous. Checked in after hours and was aware that it might be difficult to find, but once we got to the correct door, all was easy to navigate.

I liked the location. Andrea at front desk was nice and friendly when we checked in. First issue: The bathroom was dirty when we got the room (With traces of poop) that was terrible. Then my eye glasses disappeared. I am sure I left them in the room. We left, the room got cleaned and I never found my glasses when we came back.

Was the perfect place to stay. Worked wonderfully for three people. The outdoor space was AMAZING. The outdoor space made me wish that I had stayed here longer. The staff was incredibly kind. Would absolutely recommend.

Supertrevlig personal som var informativa och tillmötesgående. Alltid ett leende på läpparna. Superläge - bättre går knappt att bo i Florens. Några meter från Florens och närhet till allt, men ändå i ett avskiljt lugnt läge. Fint rum med fräscht badrum. Frukosten som ingick i priset och som serveras i restaurangen dörren bredvid var helt ok. Inget jätteutbud men var dugligt. Kommer definitivt rekommendera vänner och bekanta.

It was very hard to find the entrance to the property. I ended up calling their office and thankfully the front desk was very nice and helped us find the entrance. When we were leaving there was a group of people also trying to find the hotel and I had to show them where to go to check in. The hotel did the best they could with several signs but I think in that moment you are so overwhelmed you can’t think. The facility is great and has amazing history. Was a lovely place to stay otherwise

Outstanding location, just around the corner from Duomo. Almost impossible to find, as this place has no sign outside and no receptionist after 7:30pm. We arrived 8:30pm and was real hassle!! they left key in front desk - worst looking lobby too! Parking was also far but valet can bring to hotel. Great breakfast and friendly staff once they showed up in the morning.

This was literally the worst hotel we ever stayed in. We were diverted from the original hotel from an issue they had and they put us up in Deco Hotel. A complete disaster of a hotel.
