Highly recommend this hotel to stay in Florence!
I went to Florence with my friend and I was 21weeks pregnancy. The hotel was easy to find- we used google map. Very good location with the front desk service! The bed was comfortable-no complain. You can get everywhere in one of two mins from the hotel. I also expected it would be noisy at night bc it was located in downtown center but it wasn't. Pretty quite at night too. In fornt of the hotel there is a famouse gelato shop. Breakfast also was provided by downstair 1st floor bread&coffee shop and it was pretty good! I will definately visit Florence again and stay this place 200% sure!

피렌체의 좋은 기억을 만들어준 호텔
호텔의 위치가 두오모성당과 우피치미술관 중간에 위치해서 피렌체의 어디든 가까워 다니기가 쉬웠다. 특히 지난주 처럼 더운 날에는 오전에 두오모를 둘러보고 점심먹고 호텔에서 잠시 샤워하고 다시 베키오궁과 우피치미술관을 가는 등의 수시로 호텔을 활용하는데 아주 좋았다. 호텔은 등급도 없고, 호텔 간판도 없고, 입구도 찾기 어려운듯해서 예약시 망설여졌으나 막상 이용해보니 너무 좋았다. 객실이 셌이 이용하기에는 좁은듯했으나, 유럽의 도심 관광지임을 생각하면 이해할 만한 수준이었으며 방의 청결, 침구, 화장실 모두 훌륭했다. 탁월한 선택이었다고 가족 모두 좋아했다.

Recently renovated and neat as a pin, this small hotel is a gem. You cant ask for a better location - 5 mins walk to the Duomo and Uffizi and under 20 mins to the Boboli Gardens. All questions were quickly answered and everyone from the owner, management, cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Perfect Location
Great place to stay. Location cannot be beat. It’s in the heart of the Florence activity. Staff was helpful and ordered a taxi for us since ordering on your own can be a bit more complicated.

It was very difficult to find the location. Fortunately the owners responded to our phone call and actually drove to lead us to site and parking. Very well located for Florence and staff was very helpful.

Best Spot in Florence.
Excellent location. Very convenient. Room and shared kitchen facilitated with everything you need. The host is very friendly and helpful with whatever you may need and can assist with any issue. Housekeeping is excellent. 2-10 min. walk to the best cultural attractions, shopping, coffee & street food. We enjoyed every moment of our 9-night stay.

Die Unterkunft ist top zentral und ist historisch mit schönen Zimmern. Da die Fenster modern isoliert sind, hat man kaum Lärm der Touristen Ströme. Stefano ist sehr nett. Gut erkundigen, wo sich die Garage befindet. In den engen Gassen mit dem Auto kann etwas trickreich sein.

Nice central placed
Typical Florence lodge - the total floor of an appartment block turned into a hotel with say 10 rooms. Usually much better price/quality ratio as formal hotels. This one was super-central on the 3rd floor, with elevator. High ceilings, spacious, good airco, clean. The minor disadvantage is that the check-in in such small places is not staffed all day and after 7 pm or so you have to enter using codes. That worked smoothly though.

Great stay in a great hotel in a great city
Really friendly hotel. The room was quiet dispite it being in a busy area of the city. Very central location. Beautiful room, clean and spacious. The breakfast was nice, served at the cafe/bar on the ground floor.

The breakfast is actually the cafe next door however one of the best cakes and cafe I have been to in florence. Just like a victorian tea room. Room was perfect and reception kind and friendly. Valet parking was actually valet parking at the garage and not by the hotel but again no problem. A short walk. I would definitely stay again because of the above and the location.

Perfect Italian charm and comfort
Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in a no-fuss, most charming, old world style hotel: only 7 rooms on the third floor of a historic residential building right in the heart of the city. A terrific bakery next door offers delicious and affordable breakfast options. My room looked onto the rooftops of other residential building a and the Duomo.

A brilliant find.
Such a brilliant location, totally central. It was lovely to have someone on reception all day, who was so friendly and helpful with everything. The room was great, clean and quiet from any city noise and cosy.

Super süße Unterkunft in genialer Lage zwischen Dom und Piazza della Signoria. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und der Herr sehr hilfsbereit. Es gibt einen Raum, in dem die Rezeption sowie ein kleiner Gemeinschaftsraum mit Kühlschrank und Kaffeeautomat untergebracht sind. Das Frühstück bekommt man in einem Kaffee direkt unterhalb der Unterkunft. Die Räume sind nicht „auf dem neuesten Stand“, aber dafür sehr gemütlich und liebevoll ausgestattet.

Firenze non delude mai !!! Il nostro bisogno di "bellezza" ed armonia trova in questa città le migliori risposte... E quando sei accolto in una Residenza in cui armonia, bellezza, gentilezza e comfort sono di casa, la gradevolezza ed il ben-essere raddoppiano... Great place. Typical European guesthouse with shared kitchen. Great private room, big for Europe, new bathroom, strong AC, terrific owner. Perfect location near all the action. Couldn't have been better.

Herr Stephano hat uns in Empfang genommen und alles perfekt erklärt. Das Zimmer war wunderschön und sehr zentral. Wir hatten alles zur Verfügung was wir für den Aufenthalt brauchten. Würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten.

This a great place and location, right between 2 historical squares, only stayed one night but there are many restaurants, shops , Gelato, leather shops Close by! We would definitely come back again and stay longer.

NIce but lobby reeks of methane
Location is excellent... right in the heart of the city. The Host is a very nice and helpful gentleman. The room was a bit spartan, but nice and clean. The bathroom was very basic, but also clean. However... the ground floor of the building, which includes a substantial vestibule and elevator waiting area absolutely reeks of methane gas, as in, the stench of human you know what. This made the unavoidable task of entering and leaving our residence an absolutely awful experience; to the point, that we planned our last days around avoiding the odor by making sure we only entered and exited the residence one time each day. Of course, this pretty much eliminated the value of staying in the heart of the city. I also want to mention that we requested ice and were told they don't provide it and there is no place nearby to get any. I find this odd and unacceptable in a supposedly 4 star property. As a final positive note, I want to mention that the hotel has a breakfast agreement with the bakery next door, Il Forno S.r.l. I highly recommend you have breakfast there, regardless of whether you stay at Residenza Della Signoria. It is a wonderful little bakery/cafe with amazing pastries and cappuccino.

A lovely boutique style hotel in the centre of Florence, we stayed in room 6 with a fab view of the Duomo I would recommend this hotel
