Excellent communication from owner. Secure parking at rear. It’s not in the rather vicious clean air/congestion CCTV system in the city centre! A great place to stay visiting Florence. 10 mins away from centre on nearby tram.

Front desk open only 7-3. To enter the building we need a key. They put the wrong gate key in the safety box so we couldn't enter the building. They don't answer emergency call. So we had to find another hotel.

No vale la pena pagar el desayuno con ellos ya que el señor de la recepción es el que lo cocina y solo es pan y jamon y si no te lo comes te regaña. Appartement partagé pas loin du centre

Notre séjour c’est bien passé, mais nous n’avions pas réalisé au vu de la photo principale de l’annonce qu’il s’agissait d’un appartement partagé. Du coup vous vous retrouverez avec plusieurs hôtes au matin. L’accueil et la précision de l’arrivée est au rendez vous, et le gestionnaire est également très précis dans les directives pour l’accueil. Le petit déjeuner est rationné par un nombre de chose que vous devrez sélectionner. Notre chambre était propre et dans les standards, la salle de bain était petite en revanche. La propreté est au rendez vous.
