The hotel is extremely well located and it is very much worth it at this price. We had a few minor issues (most notably that the light in the bathroom turns off automatically after a few seconds, including during showers), but this may have been specific to our room.

Our stay was less than expected. The room was very small, nowhere to put luggage, the bathroom was horrible with the sink actually being in the bed area. The room did not match pictures and we found the accommodations were terrible for the price paid.

Hotel muito bom, a equipe sempre foi prestativa, cheguei fora do horário de funcionamento da recepção mas prontamente me responderam com os códigos de acesso pra entrar no hotel, quarto confortável, grande e ainda tinha um terraço só pra mim. Banheiro bem equipado com todos os acessórios. Guarda-roupa com cabide e Cozinha com fogão, microondas, cafeteira (e eles deixam de brinde cápsulas e biscoitos). A cama era perfeita e a iluminação excelente com muitos espelhos. A única observação é que viajei só e achei a rua bem deserta principalmente a noite então não me sentia segura pra sair e chegar só.

El alojamiento está a 10-15 minutos de la catedral. La cama es cómoda, el check in se hace sin contacto y nos guardaron las maletas hasta por la tarde. El personal fue amable y simpático. Por poner un pero, el aire caliente no calentaba demasiado

This place is really hard to review! The front desk people deserved a star. However, the stairs, hallways, rooms need major renovation. It looks sketchy😂 We were given the wrong key to enter the front door. Luckily, there’s always some guest who let us in. This is a great location. We only stayed for 2 nights do it wasn’t that bad. The price is considerably reasonable especially it’s a central location. The number they have outside definitely needs to be updated. This is not really a hotel so make sure you plan your arrival time with them since there’s no front desk 24 hours. Overall, the front desk people deserves a raise for being so accommodating. Place needs improvement.

The guesthouse was very convenient to the train station and all the attractions in the city. It was a little difficult to find - there are two houses with the same number 43 - but google maps took us to the correct one and there was a plaque with "Soggiorno Arcobaleno" by the doorbell. There are several rooms on the 2nd floor of the house - and they seemed to be well furnished, spacious and modern looking. The owners were very friendly and helpful - especially during ever changing Covid rules. Breakfast was served at the nearby cafe - croissant, sandwich, hot drink and freshly squeezed orange juice - all delicious. We took it to go and ate at the park or back in the apartment. There was a nice coffee machine in the lobby and refrigerator/microwave, tea pot in the room. I would stay again.
