We adored this quirky and beautiful suite! It was conveniently located, on the "other" side of the Arno, which was quieter and had more dining options that seemed less touristy. The bed was enormous and comfortable, the bathroom lovely, and there was a huge closet for your suitcases and clothes, plus a lovely outdoor terrace. The breakfast was very good and of course included delicious coffee.

Ideal location for walking to seemingly all major tourist sites, restaurants and shopping. Nice, comfortable bedroom with high ceiling and tasteful nude paintings. Very helpful desk concierge. Careful scheduling airport pickup as scheduling seemed to triple price of simply calling a cab for a 15 minute wait.

This hotel is a hidden gem in Florence. The location was perfect and quiet at night. The room was enormous (by any country standard). The furnishings was eclectic and fun. The staff was outstanding. We felt like locals.

A perfect place to stay in Florence. On the more local side of the river, close to plenty of neighborhood bars and restaurants and an easy 10 min walk across the bridge to the city center. The property and the room were exceptional, and have a very cool vibe.

The best place we have ever stayed in!!!

The photos and information provided when booking this accommodation actually didn’t do it justice – it is a beautiful 14th century building which we felt extremely privileged to stay in for the night. There is even a communal area for use and a lovely breakfast cafe Which we used for our complimentary breakfast. We will never forget this place – thank you!

This property is very unlike most. Its not a hotel but more of a B and B. The rooms are huge but tastefully furnished. The double shower is great. Despite all this what makes this place is the staff. So helpful and friendly

Unique and charming

Highly recommend!! This place is so unique and charming but still replete with all comforts. We stayed in the Paper Room - so much thoughtful detail to the decor! Brunella was exceptionally helpful and accommodating, with thorough email responses to my questions even before we arrived. She helped us work through an unexpected train strike and ensured we could still enjoy our trip despite the change in plans. I can’t wait to return to Florence and stay here again!

Hotel is in a very convenient and central to shopping, sites to see and many restaurants and bars. The hotel is pricey for what is on offer at the hotel. Breakfast is on a very small range of choices of items to pick from to eat. Beds are comfortable but very noisy when you turn in bed. The large shower head didn’t work and the switch came off when I tried to turn the button on.

This is my second time at this property and I don’t have enough nice things to say. First, the interior decor is absolutely stunning. I love the eclectic choices and beautiful pieces chosen, which was only highlighted by frescoed ceilings and free standing lion clawed bath tubs. The breakfast is quite nice with both an Italian sensibility and continental flair. Brunella at front desk (I hope that’s her name!) is so kind and helpful. This palazzo is literally 5 minutes from the Pitti Palace and Boboli gardens. If you prefer the more artsy neighborhood this is for you. I will be back. 😊

Wonderful stay at Soprano Suites. The entire staff were warm and welcoming. The hotel is clean and well maintained in an area with a neighborhood feel with lots of local dining and shopping options, but still within walking to all of the main attractions. Loved the eclectic, and artistic decor of the property and my suite. I opted to include breakfast for my stay and it included a nice variety of options - everything was fresh and the cafe staff/barista was super nice.

Excellent location and overall very friendly staff. A bit disappointed that our terrace was not available due to safety reasons and we were only advised 2nights before. They did give us a small discount in lieu but would have preferred the terrace as planned. Staff at desk were really nice and the breakfast was good. Room was big and full of quirky vintage finds. Bathroom lights were limited but great amenities. Would highly recommend if you want a great location.

Wenn ihr nach einer besonderen und aussergewöhnlichen Unterkunft mit Flair nahe der Innenstand und doch Abseits des Touristentroubels sucht, seid ihr im SoprArno Suits genau richtig!
