立地は最高です。夜遅くに到着しましたので受け付けは閉まっていましたが、事前のお知らせにより問題なくホテル内に入ることが出来ました。歴史地区のため車の乗り入れが制限されていましたが、タクシーならホテルの前まで寄せることが出来て、安心でした。今までにない面白い作りのホテルで大変良かったです。

立地とスタッフは素晴らしいホテルです。客室は良い部屋もありますが102はあまりお勧めできません。客室ではなかった場所を客室にしたような不自然な場所でした。景色も良くありません。バスルームの下水の匂いが気になりました。ベッドは快適でよく眠れました。館内のライブラリーは素晴らしいです。

This hotel is super well located in Central Florence. Everything you want to see is close by and it has a beautiful view of the Duomo. The staff is very friendly, and the hotel has everything you need.

Sometimes referred to as a hotel, The Artists’ Palace is really a Guest House. And, that’s the beauty of it. You’re treated as a guest. Situated in an unbeatable location, in the heart of everything Florence has to offer, The Artists’ Palace is just blocks from the Duomo, the Medici Chapels, and Centrale Mercato. It’s about a 10-15 min walk to the Uffizi Gallery & the Academia where “The David” resides. It is exceptionally clean, has fantastic hot water pressure & air conditioning and offers both a quiet, interior terrace with a spectacular view of the Duomo, and room options overlooking the bustling (often loud) entertainment in Piazza San Lorenzo. The sparsely decorated rooms, have amenities including a Nespresso machine, a good water kettle, and bottled water as well as a small refrigerator, a safe, and heavy wooden shutters that quiet and darken the room for good sleep. Guests are invited for a complimentary welcome drink in the private hotel library bar. What really makes The Artists’ Palace the jewel that it is, is its team of dedicated, knowledgeable and genuinely caring staff, ready to answer questions, arrange for an airport taxi or advise on a not-to-be-missed special exhibit. The location was great and allowed us to walk easily from the train station with our luggage and to tour the city attractions. Our room was very quiet and clean. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Frustrated that it was listed that laundry facilities were available but we found out when we arrived that they no longer had a laundry room.

L’endroit est certes très beau, un ancien couvent mais quelques bémols. Pas de petit-déjeuner sur place mais il faut se rendre ailleurs à un prix prohibitif. Eau chaude dans la douche capricieuse. Chambre pas faite me concernant au 2ème jour. Et personnel peu concerné par la satisfaction du client et peu présent.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They arranged a taxi for our early morning departure. It's the best location, overlooking the San Lorenzo Cathedral, a 2-minute walk to the Central Market, and a short walk to the main attractions and the train station. It was not easy to find a room for a family of three in Italy, so I didn't expect to stay in such a spacious room. The library on the second floor was very beautiful. I wish I could have stayed longer. I would highly recommend this hotel for a family trip. 가족 여행 하시는 분들께 추천드립니다. 걸어서 중앙시장, 두오모, 베키오 다리 , 기차역까지 정말 가깝고, 직원들이 정말 친절하고 잘 도와주십니다.

Amazing place, full of art, quiet and very comfortable. The warming reception by Helena is all the best to feel safe and like home. This has been my best place to stay in Florence. Just a few steps for Santa Maria del Fiore and with a terrace where you can see the domo whenever you want.
