Conveniently located in Florence few minutes walk to the Duomo. Shower was clean. Service wasn't great. We stayed 3 nights and the TV didn't work at all. after multiple inquiries we were told a part needed to be ordered. Came back from a day running around. Room was cleaned up but no toilet paper was left. No one came by to drop any off. We had to go buy our own. The bed was uncomfortable. Clean linens, smell fresh but the bed were 2 twin mattress put together they were not comfortable and curved into to where people slept on each side.

Our stay in Florence was made so easy and convenient by staying here at Residenza Maglioni. It is situated within a 5min walk to the Duomo and so many other sites in Florence. The room itself was well kept and tidy with a comfy bed and easily accommodated my wife, son and I. It was the perfect place for our 2 night stay.
