We thoroughly enjoyed out stay. We appreciated being welcomed with a bottle of wine. The apartment was very clean and was the perfect size for our family. It had the amentities of a kitchen and washing machine. The location is fantastic - a quick walk to most major tourist attractions and plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars.

Loved our stay

We loved our stay—beautiful apartment in a great location! The pasta class downstairs is audible during the day, but we ended up taking it and loved it. The space was perfect for our family, especially with multiple beds. However, we were surprised there was an extra charge for bedding on the upstairs twin, even though it was shown in the photos. Also, that area gets warm and could use a fan. Overall, a great stay and we’d return!

Even I didn’t recognized there are steps to climb one floor, the room is clean, comfortable and wide. And there are many restaurants and famous gelato shops, I really enjoyed my stay. Map is wrong by the way.

Hope to stay here again someday!

We had a wondeful stay in the apartment called "Falanghina" just off of the Ponte Vecchio. You can't beat the location. The apartment had all the main amenities we needed and was really great value for the price. You do need to carry your luggage up a few flights of stairs (It's not unusual for European buildings this old to not have elevators.) So be sure to plan for that.

This property is everything we could have hoped for! We have spent the last three weeks travelling Croatia and Italy and this is one of our favourite properties. Although this is a far walk from the train station and the map is wrong attached to the listing this is incredibly close to all attractions and the canal! The area is incredibly safe and bustling with live entertainment at night. The apartment presents a bright, breathtaking space and welcomed us with a free bottle of wine. The owners were very responsive and accommodating- we will absolutely be back!!!

Location is great!! The Apartments is nice and functional. The washing machine is great. Now, communication with staff is average. The noise on saturdays is very intense. There is an enoteca right below. The floor was dirty and the apartment dusty. When I told them, they did not even bother to answer. It was not what I expected traveling with a baby. The toaster did not work. There was no floor detergent. Overall… they could improve a lot.

Lovely apartment in a great location, very close to all the main attractions. The apartment was very clean and spacious and communication between the owners were great. The apartment was well equipped with cooking facilities and a fridge. The only problem was that it can be very loud up until about midnight / 01:00a.m as there is a restaurant, that also does cooking classes, directly underneath. The walls and windows are very thin so you hear everything. Other than the noise, if you’re able to sleep through that, I would recommend the property.

I booked the vernacchia a month before my 4 day stay. The day i arrived I was informed they relocated me. Not at all like the place I chose and nowhere near the same location! Will go back to using hotels when visiting Florence

We had an amazing stay at Vernaccia Wine Apartments in Florence. The location cannot be beat - just steps from the Ponte Vecchio, in the middle of the action yet quite and beautiful. The bar at the street level of the building was also excellent - delicious drinks, friendly staff and great live music. The apartment is spacious and well set up. The bed was comfortable, kitchen and bathroom clean, and the apartment was nicely decorated. The check in was seamless and staff highly communicative. We could not recommend Wine Apartments more!

Bel emplacement...heureusement !

Une situation exceptionnelle à quelques pas du Ponte Vecchio et du centre historique de Florence. 10/10 ! Pour ce qui est de l'appartement...Nous avons été très déçus. Une pièce sombre et vétuste, équipée de meubles "bric à broc", de vaisselle dépareillée et réduite au strict minimum. Deux lits deux personnes dans un espace réduit donnant directement sur la cuisine... Loin d'être un logement familial ! La salle de bain, elle aussi "dans le jus" comporte une douche dans un état déplorable (joints moisis et propreté douteuse). La terrasse présentée comme idyllique sur les photos était très sale et peu entretenue : le sol jonché de saletés et les coussins du mobilier recouverts de tâches, dissuadant de toute envie de s'assoir. Pour faire bref : un logement bien placé mais qui ne correspond en aucun cas aux descriptif/photos et aux commentaires publiés sur le site (sont ils vraiment de clients?). Cet appartement mériterait clairement d'être rénové ou au moins d'être entretenu et bien nettoyé. A voir si notre publication sera mise en ligne... PS : impossible de joindre des photos à ce post pour montrer l'état de l'appartement...

Zentral gelegen ( Supermarkt um die Ecke, Ponte Vecchio fast vor der Tür) und genug Platz für 4 Personen. Das Nötige war vorhanden, alles war gepflegt und sauber. Highlight ist der Patio, hier kann man sogar bei Regen noch nett zusammen sitzen. Fazit: Gerade für den Preis sehr zu empfehlen.

If you like security during your holiday, or city break, you’ll love this place. Huge door, steel gate, armoured door, glass door, then another door to access the room. Courtyard is nice, with plenty of seating. Good facilities within the room/apartment too including a fridge freezer and washing machine.
