“My rating of 5 stars based on knowing I was getting what I was booking. I was flying early the next morning and wanted a stay that was cheap and included breakfast and shuttle to the airport. “Basic room, nice staffs and good location. But. They allow smokers to smoke on the top floor patio which causes the entire building to smell like cigs. Even during the Breakfast hours, they allow smoking resulting in second hand smoking for breakfast. There's no wifi. Towels are dingy. Door has a gap which allows unruly tourists noise and cigarette smells to come in. We requested early breakfast box the day before in the morning but we did not get any as the cook did not show up. “Great location on the beach, beautiful resort, nice breakfast buffet and convenient shuttle service. Not only do they provide complimentary shuttle to/from airport or other location, they also provide daily shuttle to town at 6PM and pick up at 9PM. The room was very big with a nice ocean view. Staff was very attentive and friendly. ”

“We had two rooms, one with a fabulous view of the harbor/islands and one with a window overlooking the hillside. The location of Zasgo was perfect for our family, a 10 minute walk to the downtown area. A grocery store, pharmacy, gift store, and clothing shop are all in the hotel building. The pool on the 3rd floor roof was lovely. We ate dinner at the restaurant twice and enjoyed the included breakfast almost daily.”
