The hotel grounds were beautiful and well kept. The room was decent but the bed was a bit too firm. I like the decor and layout of the room, with a small kitchenette. The front desk staff were very helpful. The breakfast was good but can use some more variety. I would not hesitate to stay here again if the price is reasonable.

A 3.5 star is very generous for this property. It definitely needs to be renovated. The outside of the exterior along with the interior needs some updating. The hotel was kind of expensive for what it was. I would not go back. The surrounding houses and neighborhoods are a 5 star. It was fine to walk around late at night. The beaches were also wonderful. I would definitely come back to the island.

The hotel is really good. But they gave us a room with the air conditioner broken. We complain they said it was fixed. However, it was not. We stay the whole trip with the room fluctuating between extreme temperatures. This was a very expensive hotel to have this kind of problem!

Nice room, great bed and pillows. Fridge in the room. Downside—No posted information about if the water was filtered in the complex and no complementary bottled water. No usb or c chargers in the room-most hotels in US and Europe have them on places like bedside lamp bases

my check in was on Sunday night, I made a reservation on the same day, when I arrived at the hotel I was informed that they did not have confirmation that they had received payment through expedia because the finance person who has access to this information does not work on Sunday. Short story; I had to pay again for the hotel.

O Resort é lindo. Localização imbatível em Jurerê. Recebemos atendimento impecável por toda a equipe de funcionários. O maior diferencial são as áreas comuns do hotel - piscinas, academia e sala de jogos. Já estamos com vontade de voltar.

Experiência maravilhosa com a família no Il Campanario! Fomos passar uns dias com nossos filhos (o mais velho e o bebê) e a estrutura nos atendeu perfeitamente. Gostaria de deixar um elogio super especial à equipe do hotel, que é de uma simpatia e profissionalismo ímpares. A comida também é um espetáculo à parte – refeições deliciosas, com muito sabor e qualidade. Parabéns a todos os colaboradores por tornarem nossos dias tão especiais. Com certeza voltaremos..
