Would stay here again.

We(me,my mom and my son)recently stayed at this hotel for two days and was satisfied with my experience. There is a small gym and a warm water swimming pool. Both are clean. Had an exceptional service from a staff member in the dining department. When I requested hot water, he was incredibly warm and attentive, making me feel very welcome. Overall, a fantastic stay!

Great quality

The quality/price rate is excellent. The location is in a brand-new area of development, so everything near is real good. The only drawback is that you eill need a cab or rent a car if you want to go to the beaches or downtown. You are away from everything that Florianopolis stand for. If you want a beach resort, this is not it.

The reception staff were very unprofessional I arrived earlier and asked if I could have breakfast and they said if pay 300 rials I could then I asked if i could only pay for the breakfast and they said no which is incorrect I also asked if I just could buy a coffee and they said no which is incorrect because I managed to buy a coffee. I left my suitcases there but when I got back to collect them the receptionist didn’t want to give me back one of my suitcases I have to insist few times that it was my suitcase and he kept on giving me funny looks very unpleasant and unprofessional The property is also very noisy because it is just next to the motor way The restaurant staff on the contrary were polite and helpful I will not recommend this property to anyone

Hotel novo, funcionarios educados e prestativos. O quarto confortável, silencioso, roupas de cama e banho limpas e de boa qualidade, ducha forte, box e banheiro com ótimo tamanho. Café da manhã excelente, frutas frescas, leite sem lactose e de amêndoa, bolo sem farinha de trigo. Piscina aquecida e coberta, ótimo para relaxar no final do dia. Tudo perfeito. Estacionamento pago mas seguro. Não fica em uma área badalada mas que não fez diferença para mim, tem um shopping, Decatlon e outras opções perto.
