Haviam baratas na cozinha, não tinha toalha de rosto, cortinas blackout não davam conta da claridade na janela, os controles remotos da TV estava sem pilha, além dos móveis e eletrodomésticos muito deteriorados. Sugiro também colocar uma capa protetora de colchão.
