"Great free Martini’s"

The Ponce St. Augustine Hotel

"Room was really damp and we found a lot of black mold. There was a bad smell of sewage during the night. Not to mention a heavy freight train is passing every single hour, just outside the window, also during the night. A/c unit had also fallen out of the wall and the walls had splashes of unknown substances. This might be the worst place I’ve ever stayed. Left as early as possible following morning. "

"Poor room condition. TV initially didn't work. Service person got it working. Left cable box and cords dangling down wall for duration of our stay. Sliding door to bathroom off track. Had to lift with one hand and yank with another to get open and closed. Door showed long term signs of damage. Not a new problem. Customer service couldn't or wouldn't move us. Didnt respond or care about our needs. Very disappointed for a 250 dollar a night room."
