"We feel deeply deceived. This was not a vacation, but a physically and mentally exhausting ordeal. The apartment was in shocking disrepair and completely unfit for rest. A deafening water pump next to the bedrooms activated every 5–10 minutes, making sleep impossible. We were forced to nap during the day to recover.
