I was so impressed with how spacious, clean and comfortable the rooms were, not to mention the amazing location. Staff were warm, welcoming and so helpful. I kept adding more days to my stay because I truly loved it here and felt so relaxed and at home. I will definitely be back in the future!

This is a great spot in Ortigia. The room was spacious with a nice kitchenette. The room was clean, the bed was very comfy. We had a room with a small ocean view. Up one floor is a wonderful rooftop deck to hang out on and relax. The building is a very old one and has a small movie theatre inside. The breakfast is great, local foods and lots of choices with excellent cappuccino!

I was pleasantly surprised by this property. Was absolutely gorgeous and the price was so incredibly reasonable. They served a buffet breakfast the next morning; the rooms were clean and welcoming and the hotel staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I don’t think I would ever stay anywhere else besides here if we were ever to return.

The property is as advertised. It’s in a quiet alley but near the Cathedral. The desk attendant was very helpful when my wife had to go to the hospital. Rooms are big and the kitchenette was a big plus!

The reception workers are extremely helpful and kind- offering lots of suggestions and tips. The hotel is spread out with some small apartments with kitchenettes and washing machines (very helpful!) Great location in the city- easy to walk to lots of areas.

Check in process was super easy. We got there early and were able to leave our bags prior to being able to get into our rooms so we didn’t have to carry them around the city. The property was beautiful. I would recommend staying here!

A wonderful place to stay in Ortigia. The room was excellent, the atmosphere throughout the property was unique, and the rooftop garden was a lovely place to relax. The house itself is full of cinematic history and character, making the stay even more memorable. Highly recommended.
