Perfect for the minimalist traveler to Vienna. Staff was especially helpful when I had my departure date wrong. Staff went out of their way to ensure smooth continuity for my extension.

We appreciated the washing machine in the unit (no detergent for laundry or dishwasher provided). The unit is on a busy street and there is no air conditioning so it was a little loud for sleeping. We appreciated the room fan provided (also good to help dry laundry). The location is far from city center, but close to transportation and a nice park for running. The one kitchen towel provided was very dirty (hadn’t been washed) and there was a wet, smelly towel in the laundry when we arrived.

This hotel gets it right! The staff is super friendly and made me feel like a VIP! Everything is thoughtfully laid out and perfect for a long-term stay. It is right across the street from the subway and only 15 minutes away from city center. There is a shopping mall right across the street with a grocery store in the same building. Highly recommended!

Great little hotel. Room was plenty big for our family of four. The train station was only about a 5 minute walk and the tram to take you into the city was just right across the hotel. Loved the check in process as well, everything done over the tablet in the lobby and fortunately our room was ready way before we expected which was helpful after a long travel day. Would stay here again.

The hotel was fantastic, breakfast was amazing and it was in a quieter part of town close to public transit.

On top of the very convenient location, the breakfast is of the first class! Also, the staff members are very friendly and helpful about any questions, with perfect English.

The property was wonderful. Close to the city center but a little on the outskirts to not feel the busy rush. The room was very nice and spacious.

I have the highest praise for the service in this hotel. It was exceptional. They put so much thought into the smallest details: from the chalkboard message next to our room welcoming our family to their hotel to the petit fours and sparkling wine on our bed to help unwind after the long flight. The beds were comfortable and the room was squeaky clean. Breakfast each morning was phenomenal. We were there for 4 nights, and there was a different printed menu each day. Fantastic service and attentiveness and excekkent breajfast with a wide variety of coffees and pastries, eggs and sausages. We booked a superior room and it was well worth the extra expense. Taxis are no more than 5 or 10 Euros to any attraction. Lebanese, Italian, German & Thai within 2 blocks walking distance.

Wonderful staff and breakfast. Room was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities! Easy to get there with the metro...you literally come up out of the subway and arrive at the hotel. Very cool views of St Stephens church and the delightful Christmas market!

When we arrived in Vienna, many streets were closed for a parade and the taxi could not get closer than 1 km from the hotel. I am mobility impaired and the hotel sent someone with a wheelchair to take me to the hotel and then he returned to take my companion with 2 suitcases to the hotel. Service in excess! The breakfast buffet was fabulous and the staff was the best! Next time in Vienna I will definitely return.

Was concerned it was far from the tourist attractions. Then, I learned you can take the metro (right outside the hotel) to them AND the train station. Hotel itself is very nice and clean. Staff is very friendly
