Apart from being as advertised, it is affordable and located in an excellent neighborhood (though it takes about 30 minutes to reach the center city by public transport). The room is of good size and has a balcony. Very helpful staff. The large lounge provides sofas, chairs and tables to work, eat or just read. Free coffee available in the lounge all day.

The location is one good reason , far from the chaos of the city center but actually within 15 or a bit more minutes by UBER to the famous main attractions like the Sisi museum , Schönbrunn Palace , Belvedere Palace , St. Stephen Cathedral etc….. , while if you prefer the very good public transportation , the tram is in front of the property. There’s also a coffee / pastry shop and restaurants across the street and a grocery store few feet away . The room is also equipped with a kitchenette which was very helpful on my early excursions . I should also mention the comfortable bed and the good water/shower pressure .

Hotel is modern,clean and in a nice part of the city. There is a supermarket about 50m away and a a number of cafes and bars nearby . There is tram stop opposite front door. Tram 0 takes you into the city centre. . A 10 - 15min walk takes you to the famous Prater Park fairground and also to Praterstern train station where you can take train into city centre and Vienna Hbf. Hotel staff were polite, helpful ,professional and well presented. All in all my stay here was wonderful and I certainly would consider staying at a Habyt hotel again.

Great hotel, would 100% recommend. Really nice quiet neighbourhood, felt very safe. Close to transport links. Easy walk to Prater. Nice toiletries and towels. Really good rooms. We had a balcony which was lovely. Would have been nice to have chairs out there but I'm being mega picky!

I enjoyed the gym and sauna. The rooms are nice and new and in great condition. However the beds are not very comfortable and they give you the tiniest pillows I have ever seen. It was 24 degrees in Vienna every day I was there and they had disabled the air conditioning because they said it was winter time (I went in late Sept early October). They said they have no way of turning the air conditioning back on. The room was very hot during the day and at night.

The most annoying and discomfort is that the AC was disabled due to seasonal change. Staff recommended the windows open which means leaving the blinds open and allows streetlights and noise in. Also wakes us up when the room gets too cold and wakes up again when it gets hot. Also no tissue papers provide in the room. Coffee cartridges provided for the first day as complimentary and aren't replaced. Staff tell you can get free coffee in the break room downstairs. Evrytime we tried to get coffee but the room was occupied for private events. The hotel charges a fee to store your luggage if you arrive before the check in time.

A wonderful hotel very close to a Train station. A very quiet neighborhood close to the college campus, and many great places to eat (Noodle House!!!). The room was great - had a safe, a stove, a fridge, and a coffee/tea maker. Our only complaints were - the HVAC system was centralized. Though it looked like you could set the temperature of your room, you can't. So, we just had to work with the terrace door when it got too hot or too cold at night. The other thing, no bed-sheets - just duvets. Again, not a big deal. Wonderful lounge with a coffee/tea maker. A microwave to heat up left-overs (though, it's hidden in a cabinet) and lots of tables to read on. There was an outdoor seating area as well, and a pool table. This was a great hotel, and I'm very glad I picked it from the sea of suggestions given by Expedia. The prices were much lower than the others, and it's just a cool place.
