“뷰가 정말 멋진 호텔이었습니다. 호수가쪽 방을 달라고 하시는걸 추천드려요. 참고로 그 쪽 방은 더블인 것이 대부분인 듯 했어요. 조식이 참 잘 되어있구요, 화장실도 깨끗하고 직원분 영어도 잘하고 친절합니다. 엘리베이터 다소 좁긴 하지만 그래도 캐리어 넣고 이동하기 충분하구요. 방은 꽤 오래 전에 지은거라 새것같다는 느낌보다는 오래됐지만 깨끗하게 잘 유지되는 느낌이었습니다. 가족이 운영하는 호텔같았어요. 만족했습니다. 와이파이도 괜춘.

“스위스 시간 6월 4일 15시 57분 3박 2인 기준 Hotels.com 설명시 도시세 25.2 + 관광세 6프랑 = 총 31.2 프랑 이였으나
호텔측에선 37.2 프랑이라고 하였고 그냥 트래블로그카드로 계산하였다.
결재 도중 카드 인식 문제로 두번 결재 요청 받았고 객실로 돌아와 확인 한 결과 카드 인식 문제는 없었고 그냥 두번 결재 한 것을 확인함
카운터로 가서 이중 결재 확인 받았고 호텔 직원이 5일 후 돌려 주겠다고 함
한국시간 6/14일 16시 기준 전혀 환불이 되지 않고 있음
호텔 대표 이메일로 문의 하였으나 여전히 답변은 없음
왠만하면 숙박세는 현찰로 계산하는게 좋을 듯”
