"The helpful and friendly staff at the Hotel are what made this stay so memorable. Sure, the room was great, as were the facilities snd the Hotel's location, but the engagement of the staff, plus their interest in our reasons for visiting Denmark, plus their interest in our daily activities was amazing. Also, every request was cheerfully met, and nothing was too much trouble, even when problems arose as a result of our own oversights - they were eager and able to help. A geat place to stay!"

"Good place to be if you want to be away from city crowd, no rushing if your flight is early coz it’s an 8-12mins ride to the airport. Staff are very nice and friendly. Breakfast is okay, need more varieties though but coffee shops and restaurants are also a walk around the area. Overall, we had a great time visiting Copenhagen."

"Easy to find and great staff. Room with a harbour view was lovely and had alp amenities you would expect. Also a paid minibar/snacks in the room The bedding/pillows aren't great and had major difficulty sleeping because of it, along with the thermostat not being great. Room became very warm on my secind night despite thermostat saying no heating if outside temp is above 12 degrees. Wouldn't stop me from staying again though "
