Lovely boutique hotel outside Bourges, with renovated buildings set out around a courtyard where breakfast is served in good weather, else served indoors. Clean room, welcoming manager, and a nice continental breakfast spread.

We stayed at the property a couple of nights as part of our travels to northern Spain. The property is an ideal stopover and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend and we would certainly stay there again should the need arise. The property was very clean and comfortable and the food (breakfast and the optional extra of dinner) was superb. We also left very early on our return journey and were given a breakfast to take with us - this was very much appreciated.

The room was immaculate and Noella made sure we had everything we needed. Supper served in the lovely tea room was locally sourced and very a la maison. Breakfast was served outside in the courtyard and was equally delicious. Highly recommended.

The staff really went the extra mile to help us. We had to get up extra early and check out for a tour later that day in Paris. They prepared for us an excellent breakfast outside of the normal hours.

Picturesque property

Everything about property was perfect. Lovely decor, good sized bedroom and bathroom. Arrived late but chef made a delicious omelette and salad. Tasty breakfast , cannot fault anything and would be very happy to recommend.

Perfect place for a stop over

Thoroughly enjoyable; warm, welcoming owners. Thoughtful extra touches like help yourself to tea and coffee any time. Opted for dinner. Most enjoyable. Excellent breakfast. Charming building and courtyard. Most atmospheric. Hugely comfortable, artfully decorated bedroom and excellent bathroom. Beautiful view from the window. Very convenient, arrived from the A20 and left the following morning for the A71. Works well for both routes.

Merveilleuse Escale

Une merveilleuse escale dans un petit coin de paradis. Tout d'abord un accueil très chaleureux, une cuisine délicieuse aussi bien le soir qu'au petit déjeuner avec des produits locaux et de saison. Une décoration moderne et cocooning, La chambre Louise est une merveille ! On repart forcément les mains pleines des délicieuses trouvailles de la boutique locale que nous avons pu déguster durant l'escale... À très vite et un grand merci à tous les deux

Altes Haus mit neuer Technik und Top Einrichtung

Es war nur eine Übernachtung auf der Reise von der Ardèche nach Paris, aber wir wären gerne etwas länger geblieben. Ein wunderbares geräumiges Zimmer mit einem modernen großen Bad und separater Toilette. Ein komfortables breites Bett und eine gemütliche Couch, garniert mit vielen geschmackvollen Details. Das Frühstück war richtig gut und das zusätzlich angebotene Abendessen war wie in einer französischen Familie. Der Gänge für 22 €. Der abgeschlossene Hof und die Lage abseits der Straße machten es absolut ruhig. Die Betreiber waren sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Alter Charme mit moderner Einrichtung. *****
