"I had a handicapped person with me and I was denied a room in the main tower with easy elevator access. I did not know the physical layout of the property and I was told by the manger I should’ve called a head, which I would’ve done if I knew. It was inconvenient for me, the stairs were an issue, we had to take a lift, then the elevator. It was really uncomfortable and inconvenient. My stay was 3/27-3/29."
