"Siamo arrivati in questa struttura verso le 11 di mattina, ma purtroppo non c'era nessuno ad attenderci. La porta d'ingresso dell'Hotel era chiusa e non siamo potuti entrare. Nonostante la prenotazione e nonostante avessimo già pagato la notte, siamo dovuti andare a trovare un'altra sistemazione altrove. Vediamo ora, come Expedia pensa di rimediare a quanto successo.
