“Nothing was good!!! The worst part was that we had to go to other hotel because we felt insecure there. The lock of my door was broken and the door remained almost open. We booked a room for 5 person and and only had space for 4. There was not chance to change to other room. We put a claim with Expedia to refund our money.”

“I did what I was told to do and called the hotel at the number provided. I called ten times, no one picked up. I texted three times on the Expedia website-- no one responded so I had to take an Uber there. Hotel staff once there were fine to excellent-- both the front desk and the driver. Friendly, personable and helpful. Hotel was clean, but dated and needed some repairs. Never had hot water in the morning and the shower stall had chips and the shower head was pulling away from the wall....

“Room was dirty. Garbage left in our room. Room was missing items.”

“Definitely a place I would not go back due to non functioning TV, WiFi, maintenance, cleanliness, and so on. I hope for future guests, the employees will clean the rooms frequently and make sure the internet and televisions are able to work properly. Plus there was a non active pool.”
