“The lady at the front desk isn’t exactly mean, she just doesn’t know what customer service is. She’ll cut you off when you’re talking to her. If no one is at the front desk, you have to wait to get in the building which I’m sure is illegal. How are you paying for a room and can’t even walk in the building through the front door when you need to because the door to the building is locked and you can’t even use your key to get in??? Their tap to pay doesn’t work. It’s just a hassle for no reason....
