Lots of familiar faces that I remember from previous stays. The valet drivers 2 of the guys I remember from last year and year before last. They greeted my husband and I with and smile and said welcome back. They remembered us which was nice. The lady in the gift shop also remembered us and greeted us with a friendly smile.

The elevator was out of service upon arrival so we had to use the service elevator. Grateful for it, don’t get me wrong, but it was a slow process. Early check in would have costs $60, so we opted to go get a drink across the street to meet the 4:00 check in time. The shower was awesome. Good location. For the price it was a decent stay.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The lobby was clean, and the room and bed were comfortable. The only downside was that the hotel only offered valet parking. Additionally, we could hear people from the room next door. Despite these minor issues, we were overall satisfied with our stay.

Everything was clean, the staff absolutely amazing. Everyone there is polite and very willing to help even if it’s not their department. The only complaint I have is the bathroom door in the room we had to pull it hard to slide and closed it and that was hard for me because I have some neck and back problems other than that the place is amazing! In two weeks we’ll be back and this time we’re getting into that nice pool they have!

The hotel was very clean and beautiful, with many amenities that I unfortunately didn’t have enough time to enjoy. I would have loved to stay longer and experience everything the hotel had to offer. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The only downsides were that valet parking is the only option, and even though it is available 24/7, I had to wait quite a while for my car. Also, the room did not have a Smart TV, which was disappointing. Overall, I still had a very pleasant stay.

Average hotel with a good breakfast option, pool and gym. Location is three blocks from train station. Centennial Park is a twelve minute walk, so very close and safe.

The hotel looks clean. I saw one roach in the bathroom. The breakfast is 21 dollars it’s a buffet not worth the money at all. The pool we enjoyed it’s in door! The ac is horrible! It’s a old hotel And they need to renovate the Entire ac system. Plus the rooms they are outdated! This used to be the old Sheraton look it up! It say 60 on the thermostat but feels like 75! We talking about hot Atlanta! Valet Parking is 60 a day! You can use the parking garage across the street for 25 a day. The staff is awesome the customer service is hands down!
