Staff are very courteous. But the walls are paper thin, (I could hear people coughing) the hotel is outdated and the breakfast is terrible. Worst thing is that they charge $65 for a check in before 4pm. Would not recommend

The room was comfortable and the pool was nice, but anytime we called for anything none of the numbers picked up. It also was not the best neighborhood for scenery. Additionally, the food in the little to go cafe is ridiculous. $8 for a chocolate milk. I would stay closer to centennial Park next time.

I had a great stay at the Courtland Grand Hotel. The 3rd floor restaurant offered delicious food with convenient access. Although some amenities are a bit aged, the property overall is very clean. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the front desk concierge was especially friendly—she helped me with temporary luggage storage, which was safe and easy to use. Overall, I enjoyed my experience and would recommend this hotel.
