" Staff unhelpful and rude, we booked 2 rooms a long time ago, unpon arrival they put us all in one room (4 adults). They had over booked, we were very upset, no air con and room was a good 7 mins walk from pool etc. After putting up a fight and whistling a lot of time they put us in correct rooms the next day, we had paid for 2 rooms and they did not accept responsibility for their mistake. We stayed in the annex building and found the room to be a little outdated, however, this seems to be relatively common for Ischia. Would recommend to others looking for a reasonably priced place to stay in Forio."

"I can't give it a terrible review because they switched my rooms the next day. BUT, the first room had a gas leak. I could smell it, and they switched us to a tiny room that smelled musty and had one tiny window. So we left the door open but all the mosquitoes got in. The property hasn't been maintained so that's why the reviews are not great. It's quite sad, because the outdoor pools "look" nice, but the tiles are coming off.
