"The staff at this hotel was absolutely amazing! They were so accomodating and very attentive to the needs of their guests. The breakfast had a great variety of options, I don't eat pork and there were ample alternatives for me to eat. My room was very clean from beginning to end with daily housekeeping services. The staff on the cleaning team do an excellent job, they're very thorough, which I greatly appreciated. I did not have a car while visiting Parma, but there is ample parking in front of the hotel so there's plenty of room for guests that do wish to bring or rent a car. One note, it is advertised that there are bikes on the property that can be rented by guests, this is not a service the hotel offers anymore and I do wish that would have been communicated because this service being offered was a large part of why I picked this hotel. Bikes can be rented through RideMovi and this is very convenient but it is an additional expense and this hotel is about 10 mins via car from the city center. The closest RideMovi to the hotel is about 20 mins (walking distance) away so that was a drawback to staying here. But overall, I had a great experience and strongly recommend this hotel to those visiting Parma!"
