I made a late last-minute reservation and Bella Villa had a room available. Still greeted me with a smile, and had the heater running in my room when I arrived. Excellent service!

Budget in price, but not in quality
It was a clean and comfortable unit. We arrived late, but opened the door to a lovely warm unit thanks to the staff turning the heating on for us before we arrived. Lovely unit with all the amenities, pay TV available, comfortable beds with warm blankets. Close to shops, cafe's but also very quiet. Couldn't have been happier, in fact we booked our next stay before we left.

Very clean and comfortable unit. The barbecue area was clean and well equipped. The staff were friendly and helpful and the motel is in a very good position.

Good location, spotlessly clean although the building is older and a little tired.. welcoming staff after a long days drive.. great stopping point overnight on the drive from Brisbane to Sydney

Room was poorly cleaned. Dirt and dust throughout the room including the bathroom. Had to wipe down cupboards and table to use them along with the bathroom vanity and toiley. Mould on the bathroom ceiling and on the floor of the shower. Very disappointed and wont be back.

Close to town, river, beaches. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Kitchenette handy for tea and toast for breakfast and with microwave. Off the main road so no traffic noise. Highly recommended.

Lovely place to stay. Obviously cared for by owners and managers who want a good stay for their guests. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Would stay again.

It’s not cheap for what you get. Staff were lovely but things like not being able to use a dirty, smelly toaster in the morning was a put off as we had a super early start and couldn’t buy breakfast out so we’d packed it. I hate leaving bad reviews, especially after covid being so terrible, but they could definitely spring for a new toaster.
