“Nothing against the staff, the room was dirty. Crumbs on the floor (and we have a child with a severe food allergy so this is just unacceptable) bathroom had long black hairs on the floor. The sheet was piling, the room was muggy for the first 12 hours of our stay, it smelled damp, the carpet was sticky & left a black coating on the bottom of our feet (we know it was the carpet because we all had showered)
The Wi-Fi was very slow.
The pool looked murky & the hot tub was broken.

“Bathroom was not cleaned properly ~ disgusting; Waited a long time to check in~ no one was attending the front desk; rang bell but still didn’t show up for awhile. Although convenient to DCI show at UW Whitewater, I would not stay here again.”
