"Hotel property worn out. Not up to hotel standards..out side of hotel and grounds, trash on ground, no landscape maintenance..etc..owners need to have the la Quinta brand revoked and replaced with motel 6 logo... No hand soap in bathroom room, no regular coffee in room. Just decaf etc."
