“We stayed at 1st floor for four nights. Room rates in Providenciales would be very high, but here was very reasonable. Friendly staff in front desk and beach. Breakfast was not bad, you never got boiled egg if enjoy late meal. One demerit was small ant in room, I claimed, housekeeper removed and gave bug spray. If you remain clean room without cookies crumb, they won’t show up. Ants there were not harmful, just want their meal. This resort provided free shuttle to their own beach in Grace Bay,...

“The staff was SOOOO NICE Shawnette and Daniel went so over and above for us. Our vehicle rental had nothing to do with the hotel and Shawnette went out of her way to call them for us to confirm our reservation which I didn't even ask her to do. It really helped me put my mind at ease. Daniel was so kind and brought us fresh coconuts. “Room was perfect, room service was great. Front desk was amazing. Location was good. Mario and Cherry made certain I had everything I needed. Unable to remember all the front desk staff but they'll were all great. The beach chairs can definitely use updating. The location of the beach is very rocky and need to be better maintained. Expedia, false advertised that there was a gym on site. However, the bikes was a great option to get some exercise. I would stay here again if I had the chance to.”
