The staff was incredibly rude to me and my son. It seemed they cared more about their stuff than the paying guests. I filed a complaint with corporate office due to this. We won't stay there again

This is the second time staying at the Boardwalk. Different rooms both times. This time the room was just not as clean as the first time. Dirty dishes were put back in the cupboards and we had to re-wash and there was a lot of hair in the shower that was left from previous tenant.
