“I stayed here from a period of time from the end of June to July. At first glance the room looks OK. However, there are dust particles and crumbs in the beds. The bathroom shower is not maintained the walls or peeling and the drain plug did not work half the time. You could tell the staff to not clean the rooms well before my stay because there were crumbs and hair and food behind the nightstand tables and there were things touching my feet so I constantly had to wear socks while walking on the...

“Do not accept room 108. It is terrible smells like urine and mold. Staff moved us to room 107 and it was 95% better. Funny how the pool…..I mean SPA area has been closed for years but still mentioned in their press.”

“Pool was out of service. Receptionist belched as we checked in. Hallways smell bad of cigarettes. Shower did not have a working shower head. We reserved a double queen room for 4 people and were assigned a single queen room with literally no room to walk around. Blankets smelled like they haven't been washed. Breakfast was only biscuits (hard as a rock) and gravy, sour milk, and cereal. We canceled 2 of 3 nights because it was so gross and uncomfortable.”

“The service made up for anything the motel itself packed. Small extended stay motel, few services, and because I had booked online, the place was overbooked. Though, the service i was given made up for any technical issue that came up. They had been remodeling one of their longer term stay rooms that wasn't quite finished yet, so he asked if I'd be ok with it. The TV didn't work (I don't watch it) and I got to play with the AC a bit to get the compressor to kick on so it would cool off....
