“Checked us in late withoit explaining situation..can deal with issues as life happens but when asked why staff rude!! Room not cleaned no bed changes trash out for the 5 days we were there..had to beg hpuskeepers for towels our 4th day...went to front desk to get things cleared up with concerns on 3 different times ..all shift duty manager would do would hand me card with the main hotels info...sucked service a rudeness.WE WILL NEVERCSTAY THERE AGAIN!! SO MUCH FOR BEING HILTON REWARDS MEMBERS..I...

“The real highlight of our stay was the wait staff in the outside dining area, particularly Jayden, Tyler, and Gabe. The property itself is nice. The room was wonderful with great oceanfront views, and it was very spacious. Our major disappointment was that there was no housekeeping at all during our four night stay. One more thing ot mention is that the air conditioning unit in the kitchen area was so loud that we absolutely had to close the bedroom door at night to sleep.”

“Everyone there was very professional, welcoming and nice. The room was clean and everything in it worked well. The gym and pool were excellent as well. The bartenders are awesome as well.”
