"We really enjoyed our stay. The receptionist was excellent. A few aspects of the Residence could do with updating, but all in all very good. Kitchen equipment was excellent, with plenty of mugs, cup, saucers, glasses etc. We will be going back again next year."

"We stayed in the old city, and the location could not have been better. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only issue, and I should have caught it when I booked, was the room size. I doubt it was 100 square feet. It was tight for two people. However, I believe they offer larger guest rooms, and it was my fault for not confirming the room size when I booked. We would stay there again."

"Great location within the walls of Saint-Malo. Offered a parking space which was great! The cost was $18/day. The breakfast was very good. The staff recommended a very good restaurant: Le Chateau Briand, part of their group. The food was delicious!"

"Excellent family run boutique hotel right in the centre of the action. The breakfast consisted of home-made baked goods, eggs ham, cheese, fruit, toast, yoghurt cereal, all very nice. The family who run it are very, very helpful in every way and very accommodating. The room was very smart and up to date. It was an excellent choice, thank you."

"Really lovely and friendly small hotel right in the city walls. Clean and functional apartment with a lovely view up the street from the balcony window. Apartment had a kitchenette and there was a supermarket just around the corner, giving us an option to eat in which we did for breakfast, although the hotel breakfast looked great as well! A bonus was a really lovely pool and gym which you could book a slot for and have exclusive access to - it was lovely!! Only small issue was that the apartment did not have air-con as advertised; but that did not detract from a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again."
