Hotel excelente, limpo,organizado. Hoje tive problemas na entrada devido documentos do meu filho, acabei indo parar na delegacia, outro problema foi com meu carro que deu pane e até o momento houve problemas entre o hotel e o pessoal do reboque(terceiros). No demais, recomendo a estadia no hotel. As recepcionistas parecem um pouco inexperientes, mais e parte do trabalho.

Eu estava com receio de ir para esse hotel devido aos comentários mas me surpreendi quando chegou lá tive um imprevisto no sábado que faltou energia mas voltou 21h já tinha energia. Quarto agradável, café da manhã gostoso tem várias opções, estacionamento paga 30$ ! Vou voltar mais vezes !

O hotel tem uma ótima localização! Perto de muitos restaurantes, bares, farmácia e praia. O café da manhã é farto e eles repõe na medida que vai esgotando. São poucas as alterações, mas nada que prejudique nosso desjejum. A equipe é muito prestativa... Só necessidade de alguns cuidados a parte estrutural.

O check in só é liberado impreterivelmente às 14hs, mesmo o hotel não estando lotado, que foi o caso. Boas acomodações, quarto tem um bom espaço pra 2 pessoas. Banheiro pequeno. As instalações e parte do mobiliário são um pouco antigos, e poderiam passar por uma modernização para proporcionar uma experiência melhor aos hóspedes. Wi fi pega bem. Café da manhã simples, bem básico, não fazem omelete. Estacionamento paga 30,00 por diária. Voltaria a me hospedar novamente pelo bom custo benefício.

Os funcionários que nos receberam no check-in nos deram todas as informações necessárias e o fato de ter um maleiro é muito útil tendo em vista os horários de check-in e check-out que podem atrapalhar as programação do dia. O quarto é simples, mas estava tudo limpo, tivemos dificuldade com o chuveiro pois a partir do segundo dia a opção de água fria não funcionou mais e o ar condicionado não estava gelando como deveria mas não nos atrapalhou. Em relação ao café da manhã, tive um pouco de dificuldade por conta de minha restrição alimentar (sou alérgica a ovo) e observei que o refeitório é pequeno para a quantidade de hospedes e por vezes os itens demoravam a serem repostos por conta da equipe pequena. Mas todos foram gentis e acolhedores. No geral, supriu nossas necessidades.

No anúncio dizia que haviam vagas de estacionamento, quando cheguei não tinham mais e precisei deixar meu carro na rua, sendo que o estacionamento foi um dos fatores que contribuiu para eu escolher o hotel. O ar condicionado não gelou durante a noite, mas o café da manhã estava bom. A equipe de funcionários foi bastante atenciosa.

Bom a estadia é quarto foram tranquilas, porém o café da manhã deixou muita a desejar poucas variedades e mesas muitas velhas e antigas, banheiro tinha uma goteira chata que incomodava bastante e água quente não tinha, solicitei para verificar esses pequenos problemas e nada de reparos. Porém o atendimento na recepção é bom.

O hotel é muito confortável, com uma localização perfeita próximo à praia, mais tivemos o desprazer de ficar em um quarto que o ar condicionado era péssimo, tivemos noites mau dormidas devido ao calor, chamei o técnico nos dois dias que fiquei e ele não foi, no terceiro dia de estadia ele foi lá mexeu no controle e disse que era mal contato das funções do controle, ele mudou mais não adiantou ,tive nesse dia uma noite ainda pior falei que queria trocar de quarto mais disseram que o hotel estava cheio em fim…como estava terminando minhas diárias fiquei, mais fora isso a localização é muito boa, cama confortável, café da manhã muito bom.
