Passei um final de semana com minha namorada e, logo na primeira noite, o ar-condicionado apresentou defeito. A equipe da recepção explicou que não poderiam nos transferir para outro quarto, pois o hotel estava totalmente ocupado. Apesar desse contratempo, o café da manhã era farto e os atendentes se mostraram muito atenciosos, o que ajudou a equilibrar a experiência.

Instalações no padrão Íbis, confortáveis e com bom espaço, com ótimas opções no café da manhã. Localização excelente, com bares, restaurantes, farmácias e supermercados, também merecendo destaque a política do hotel de facilitar a logística para candidatos de concursos públicos aplicados pela FGV, havendo a oferta de café da manhã até mais tarde, além da possibilidade de realizar outras refeições no restaurante do próprio hotel. Recomendo.

De pesimo gusto, una lastima que un Ibis tenga problemas de plagas, el aire acondicionado nunca sirvio, me senti inseguro, las instalaciones muy maltratadas, no les dan mantenimiento, la TV no es smart tv, cucarachas y mosquitos en la habitacion, el personal no es atento adicional que en ningun caso hablan ingles y español

Uma semana em Fortaleza

Sou cliente do Ibis há anos e pela primeira vez aconteceram fatos que me intrigaram. Minha estadia foi de 1 semana. Apenas no dia em que entrei que o apto estava limpo. Todos os demais dias coloquei a placa para limpar pela manhã e ao retornar nem haviam limpado e nem telefonaram perguntando se estava querendo limpeza. No terceiro dia hospedado desencanei e ninguém foi. Passei 1 semana e o apto nunca fora limpo. Embaixo da porta caiu polia de cupim. Foi tanta que fui a recepção informar que achava que haviam colocado areia na porta do apto. No segundo dia tirei fotos e percebi que não era areia e sim polia de cupim. Utilizei o café da manhã ,simplesmente maravilhoso. Gosto muito do hotel mas precisa de reparos urgentes.

De modo geral e um bom hotel, mas alguns detalhes incomodam, o ar condicionado barulho insuportável, pois é adaptado em um lugar onde o barulho ecoa no quarto, chuveiro foi feito uma gambiara, as vezes esquenta demais outras fica frio. Atendimento muito bom, café com boas opções, local seguro e agradável.

O hotel tem uma boa localização mas acredito que deveria ter instalações mais modernas, nao tem nenhum isolamento de som, dá de ouvir a pessoa que está no quarto ao lado ou corredor. Achei o café da manhã com poucas opções, tem muita quantidade mas deveria ter mais variedade.
