Stayed in lots of hotels (mostly good but sometimes bad) but rarely write reviews as I’m mindful of the impact of negative reviews. Not for La Serena, I have to write a review. Absolutely fantastic place with incredible service. All the staff were fantastic, always there to help, and always happy to organise anything. GM very present and involved. Amazing place and would recommend

Amazing experience at a property that thinks of every detail. From the welcome in the beautifully designed lobby to every amenity you could hope for in the room, they thrive on the detail. We loved our morning breakfast and riding their e-bikes to the beach clubs and to dinner. They arranged dinners and beach clubs for us and made good recommendations. We will be back. Thank you for making the first few days of our trip wonderful.
