"Friendly and attentive staff, very professional and accommodating. Clean, comfortable rooms, with memory foam mattress and pillows. The pool and courtyard were a great way to beat the summer heat, and the included rooftop breakfast was also amazing!"
"Perfect! Beautiful hotel and rooms well located in a quiet area of the historic centre. The staff was welcoming and very helpful. The breakfast were very good. I strongly recommend."
"Perfekte, frisch renovierte Unterkunft im herzen von Palermo. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein, das ganze Haus ist liebevoll und geschmackvoll renoviert. Kleines, super gutes Frühstück ist inkludiert und die Gastgeber sind wahnsinnig lieb und bemüht. Wir haben uns so, so wohl gefühlt! "

"A great B&B property with spacious rooms and a modern bathroom with all amenities.
5 minute walk from Palermo Centrale Train Station and lots if history just a short walk away.
The hostess was most welcoming and happy to help with any request."
"We had a fantastic stay at Ballarattik.
We enjoyed the property (clean and pretty), the delicious breakfast on the terrace (with a breathtaking view onto the city) and the top level service and hospitality. Our host Rosario made our stay in Palermo very enjoyable, with prompt communication and sharing greats tips and stories about the city.
I will happily be back next time I am in Palermo."
"It’s a beautiful place with excellent service. Breakfast is wonderful, they have the best croissants. Place is really beautiful. Staying here is just experience on its own.
They tell you that will send you email with instructions how to get in and make sure you read it !!!!! Otherwise, you will never get in."

Grand Hotel Piazza Borsa
10/10 Excellent
"Very friendly staff. The rooms were clean and spacious. Lovely high ceilings in a grand old building. "
"We are a family of four. Our 7 year old twins enjoyed this hotel. The staff were amazing! They were always ready to help with anything from breakfast, taxi rides, etc. the location is close to everything. Don’t let the neighborhood scare you. Locals are friendly. We felt safe walking around at night. The center is about 10-15 minute walk. You’ll get used to locate the main streets once you figure out where the main attractions are. Used google maps daily. "
"We had two nights here to complete our Sicily holiday. The hotel is expensive but it is summer. The room was spacious but the shower needs a good scrub. The pool was perfect for the hot days but railings and posts need some direct maintenance which is a feature of Sicily but should not be at this price. Location is good as it is not far to walk to the busy old town. Restaurant was very enjoyable. "
"Hotel dobry, oceniam go pozytywnie, czysty, zadbany, obsługa na wysokim poziomie. Trochę daleko od centrum miasta, śniadania codziennie takie same, ale dobre, brakowało mi świerzych owoców, "
"Love the Hotel location, easy access to anywhere if walking. Recommend not driving but the hotel does have a company who picks up your car and parks it, they bring it to you when you need it, very good. Check out driving restrictions in the area, call hotel. Only thing is the bathroom showers need better cleaning and updating. The rooftop restaurant is fabulous and bar! Excellent service and quality. I would recommend they add coffee Keurig machines in the room. Americans need early coffee and could easily buy coffee pods and water for the machine. The staff is fabulous!"
