Not good at all. 2.5 star at best. Not a 4.

My family stayed her for 2 nights and it was not good. The lobby looks nice but it stops there. The food was average food. The rooms were terrible. We had two rooms that were full of ants. We called but they only cleaned one room after I called twice. After I left I had ants in my clothes and bags and was picking them out all day. One of our rooms did not have hot water in the shower so my children had to take cold showers. The grout in the shower is covered in mold. This place is terrible and I am not sure how they have such good reviews. We told the front desk and all we got was a shrug and “ok we will write it down”. At the minimum they should have taken money off the room that did not have hot water. The beds are terrible and are just sheets on a bare mattress, no mattress cover. Yuck.

O hotel informa na reserva a disponibilidade de estacionamento. Sabe-se que o estacionamento é utilizado como atrativo comercial. Ao chegar ao local fomos surpreendidos porque o estacionamento é pago e o hóspede não tem alternativa, é pagar ou pagar, algo enganoso.

Gostei do hotel.

Registro três sugestões de melhoria: 1. Deixar um travesseiro baixo e um alto para cada pessoa e não dois altos. Também poderiam ser maia macios. 2. As músicas do hall e restaurante encerrar às 22h. 3. A cascata ao lado dos quartos pode ser desligada, pois faz muito barulho.

Nossa estadia foi incrível! A piscina aquecida foi uma linda surpresa, já que não tinha visto fotos no site. Os ambientes são lindamente decorados, quartos confortáveis, e os pavões pelo jardim trazem um charme especial. Optamos pela pensão completa e valeu muito a pena. Todas as refeições muito bem servidas. Teremos ótimas lembranças!

Pessimo, café da manhã ruim, organização do hotel ruim, funcionários perdidos, serviço de piscina ruim, demorou quase 1 hrs p chegar uma água, hotel bem antigo (p não falar velho) com muitas teias de aranha, colchão mole, ar condicionado pingando dentro do quarto. Agora estão cobrando estacionamento. Não recomendamos.

Barata no quarto mesmo após avisar Recepção, por dois dias seguidos. Infestação de formigas no banheiro. Cobrança de estacionamento. Tivemos cortesia mas só de saber que 10 dias de hospedagem terá um gasto de 200 reais em estacionamento, desanima querer voltar. Hotel lindo mas está claro que Nova administração é mão de vaca e prioriza apenas o lucro. Lugar salvo apenas pelos funcionários mais antigos

O hotel tem uma estrutura incrível e está lindíssimo. Fui anteriormente antes da reforma e não tinha curtido muito... era um casarão bem antigo e escuro. Agora fui surpreendida muito positivamente! o lugar está demais. Atinge aquela expectativa de hotel/resort que procuramos. É bem localizado, muito próximo ao Duty Free e demais lugares comerciais. Com certeza me hospedarei lá das próximas vezes que voltar a Foz. Piscina aquecida e equipe muito atenciosa. Meu filho chorou ao ir embora
