“The Royal Snail is a great boutique hotel on the outskirts of town but very walkable. Free parking outside the property. Rooms were spacious and all staff were happy to help. Breakfast was good - only cold buffet on display however hot items could be made on request which was great as they were fresh! I really appreciated the omelette and bacon which was cooked for me! “J'ai passé un très bon séjour au sein de cet hôtel. J'ai passé 2 nuits. C'était agréable d'y séjourner. L'escalier d'entrée est très joli. Il y a un très bon arôme dans le second escalier qui mène au deuxième étage. Il y a un petit placard pour mettre un voire 2 vélos, ce qui est super.”

“農家？をホテルに改装したブティックホテルで田舎にある立地とともに雰囲気を感じることができる。 部屋もスイーツだったので、十分な広さとおしゃれな内装で満足できるものだった。しかし、給湯器にエラーメッセージが点灯しており、ヒーター、給湯とも作動できず、レセプションに人もいないため、手の施しようがなく、寒い中就寝することとなった。また、1/1の宿泊だったためレストランは休業で、周辺のスーパーマーケットも休業だったため晩御飯が買ってあった少量のパンのみでひもじい思いをした。 立地的に周辺の街にも遠くレストランもないため、1/1であってもオーベルジュとしてレストランの営業をのぞみます。 レセプションを省力化することについて、エコに対しての姿勢は認めますが、そうであれば、なおさら設備のメンテナンス、作動状況の確認はしっかりと実施していただきたいと思います”
