“처음 들어갔을때의 이미지는 좋았으나 4박5일 있는 동안 2번이나 오후에 돌아 오니 청소가 되어있지 않았고 3번이나 전화를 했지만 수건만 가져다 주었다.. 침대 매트리스도 너무 불편했고 갈어놓은 시트에 머리카락이 두개나 있었다 기분 썩 좋지않았다”

“We went to Park City to go skiing. The location is perfect. Two blocks from the Town lift and in the middle of downtown. The property is old and dated and there was construction going on in front. Parking is 2 blocks away. But for the price we paid per night, it was well worth it. I would stay here again.”

“Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Our only issue was that we had to keep towels in the refrigerator because water and ice kept collecting inside. The staff was nice and although there was rarely anyone in the office, there is a number to call to talk to someone if needed. The building itself could use some attention. “Overall nice accommodations for a 6 night stay for a family of 4. Check In was quick and the staff was nice. Unit was clean upon arrival. Kitchen had everything needed for prepping breakfast every morning and a couple of lunches and dinners. Main suggestion for improvement is a carpet upgrade. Came back to the unit after the first day on the slopes and there was a leak in the kitchen sink. Told the front desk on our way out to dinner and they fixed it while we were out. Location is the best part...

“Laundry detergent should be provided. Not necessarily to put a whole bag of if in the room, but reception should provide, so clients can go and get it.”

“Me and my family were comfortable. The only thing I disliked was that at the pool there where children and teens playing to harsh. I tried getting in with sibling but they would just splash so I didn't bother to go again to the pool and didn’t enjoy the pool or jacuzzi. :( ”
