This hotel was a great find. The staff was GREAT. The room was small, but so clean and so comfortable. GREAT shower, towels, sheets, and so forth. Highly recommend it. We were a short drive into Rouen so very convenient. Safe, secure parking. Great experience. Thanks!

I cannot give this hotel more praise!!! We checked in and n Friday. They weee courteous and friendly. The coms before leaving were also excellent. We went to our room which had all the amenities you need and a terrific shower! We went down stairs to the bar and booked our table for dinner. The food is OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! I haven't eaten that well in a long time and I've eaten in some swanky places but food here is terrific! A good choice and wide selection of wine. Our second night was equally as good. The owner went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and if you especially are looking to go to the Rouen area, this is the place to stay. Loved every minute!!!!

Cold bedroom heating broken

We had booked a twin room but on arrival had been advised we had been upgraded free of charge. We were put in a room on the top floor that had no heating. We were supplied with one potable radiator but as it was minus degrees outside we had to ask for another radiator. The corridor was not heated and neither was the bathroom. The floor below was lovely and warm and I am unable to understand why we were put in such a cold room. The beds were however comfy and the staff wonderful.

Je déconseille totalement cet hotel

Je déconseille FORTEMENT cet Hôtel qui se moque ouvertement de ses clients. Nous avons séjourné le 27 avril dans cet hôtel alors que nous participions à un mariage. Arrivé en pleine nuit la chambre est pour 3 et non pour 4. Le lendemain un employé s'excuse platement, prends nos coordonnées et nous promets un remboursement ou un avoir. Nous sommes le 15 juillet, j'ai dû appeler 15 fois l'hôtel "la responsable vous rappelle demain promis" 😂 J'ai été très patiente mais force est de constater que cette responsable de moque de moi et non les employés qui retrouvaient bien des notes concernant ma demande.

(Presque) parfait !

Très agréable séjour au sein de cet établissement, l’hôte d’accueil pourrait être plus engageant et accueillant (justement) mais très vite effacé par le professionnalisme, le sourire et la gentillesse de la serveuse du restaurant. Pour le reste la chambre était très spacieuse, la literie confortable et la salle de bain propre et de belle taille. De passage dans le secteur régulièrement pour le travail, je pense avoir trouvé un point de chute pour mes prochains passages.

Un service de qualité

Nous avons passés un très bon séjour au Vert Bocage. Si j’ai mis un 4 étoiles c’est pour deux points que je tiens à souligner mais qui ne nous empêcheraient en rien de revenir : il faisait vraiment chaud dans la chambre malgré le chauffage coupé, en cette fin décembre. Et les portes ne sont pas insonorisées ce qui fait que nous entendions la TV de la chambre au bout du couloir à 2h du matin. Mais j’ai trouvé le service impeccable, le personnel très sympa, le petit déjeuner suffisamment copieux, et la chambre très propre, confortable et elle sentait très bon.
