“Our reservation was canceled and we never even received a notification. We called an hour before to the reservation company to get check in instructions and spoke to Leila who asked for our confirmation and said she would email instructions within the hour. Inside the home it was clean but some things could be cleaner. The couch had dog hairs, some silverware had stains, the shampoo/conditioner bottles were definitely not cleaned because there was black around the bottom of the bottles.
