It is so close to being the perfect high-end micro hotel it wants to be, that it is such a shame that it misses the mark. The hotel has no staff from noon to 4:30. "We spent 5 nights at Masseria Stali in August. Our experience was wonderful. The restaurant is excellent and offers a good choice of pastas, meat dishes and farmhouse vegetable options, along with a great wine list and desserts. Breakfast was a good spread and staff at both dinner and breakfast grew to know each guest as the days went by. Excellent pool and grounds, lighting at night is perfect. Good location to jump to Adriatic beaches (30 mins), Galatina, Otranto and Lecce for sightseeing. Would highly recommend !"
