I got to the hotel to find that I had no room, around 21h00, having driven a car for 4 hours in the rain. The hotel sent me to a guesthouse of their choice. They refused to refund me. In the morning they told me that hotels.com agreed with them that they owe me no apology! No refund. I tried to lodge a protest with hotels.com, all in vain.
The guesthouse I was sent to has a reception that close s at 21h00.So only a guard was available to let me in. Restaurant closed. Bar closed. TV was not working at all. So I had an extremely uncomfortable time there. People, I chose a specific hotel, why did I get mistreated like that? With Hotels.com in collusion?
