"The apartment was clean, spacious and well catered (except for the lack of hair dryer). However, there was no WIFI, which made it extremely inconvenient for me to do any work. I had to find another venue which is difficult in a city I do not know. The absence of WIFI made it impossible to receive emails, so I was also left stranded to access my key on arrival. Definitely not to be recommended for international professional travel."

Once we were contacted by the concierge the communication was great but initially there were a few challenges getting hold of property and confirming cot bed & deposit. "Notre séjour s’est très bien déroulé. À notre arrivée, nous avons appris qu’il n’y aurait pas de club-enfants. Cela a été vraiment dommageable car nous avions trois petits-enfants et cela était prévu lors de la réservation. Cependant, la piscine a été agréable et nous avons fait sans. Il serait bien de modifier l’annonce si cela continue afin d’ éviter ce désagrément. Merci"
